IMPORTANT: All exhibits must be show-ready no later than 5:00 PM on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Only limited setup is permitted on Wednesday,
March 25th. Large exhibits are encouraged to set up on Sunday to avoid delays at the loading dock. Contact management for approval and to
coordinate delivery times.

Move-Out Note:
- All carriers must check in no later than 6:00 PM, Thursday, March 26, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc's. terms, 7 business day standard ground service at exhibitor expense.
PERSONALLY OWNED/COMPANY VEHICLES ONLY:
• Exhibitors requiring unloading of POV’s/Company Vehicles must proceed to the area designated by AEX on
Pennsylvania Avenue.
• Under no circumstances will the exhibitor be allowed to move in or out through the Hotel Lobby or Porte Cochere area.
